Friday Morning Competitor Practice

An organized competitor practice will be held in the Imperial Ballroom (third floor at the Hyatt) on Friday morning. Details are as follows:

Standard from 9–9:45 am
Latin from 9:45–10:30 am

Due to scheduling needs, Saturday’s competitor practice has been canceled. However a small practice floor will be available throughout the weekend in the Stephen Room (third floor of Hyatt, right at the top of the escalators). Please note that there is no music available in this room.

Thomsons Restaurant and Sandstone Lounge to Offer Discount to CCC Patrons

Thomsons Restaurant and Sandstone Lounge at the Hyatt Regency Calgary will be offering a 20% discount to patrons of the 2010 CCC.

Discount is valid from Thursday April 1–Monday April 4, 2010
Patrons must show their tickets or ID badges to receive the discount
Discount does not apply to alcoholic beverages or to Easter Sunday Brunch
Easter Sunday Brunch begins at 10am. Standard breakfast menu will be offered until 9am
Reservations for Thomsons are highly recommended

Late Competitor Registrations Will Be Accepted Until Sunday, March 14

Competitor registration has officially closed, however late registrations will still be accepted until Thursday, March 11 Sunday, March 14. A charge of $25 applies to late registrations, and must be paid via credit card or Paypal during the online registration process. Note that your late registration may not be accepted if it results in additional rounds for a category. If this is the case your late registration fee will be refunded.

Purchase a DVD of the Championships or of Your Own Competitions

Sequence Event Video will be producing a Souvenir DVD of all of the Championship events. This DVD is available for pre-order prior to March 31 at a reduced price and with FREE shipping.

You can also order a personal DVD of your own individual events. These can also be ordered on-site at the event, however if there are multiple requests for the same event, priority will be given to pre-orders.
