Advertising is available in the Souvenir Programme at the following rates:

Black & White (inside pages)

Quarter Page (3.875″w x 5.125″h): $75
Half Page (8″w x 5.125″h): $100
Full Page (8″w x 10.5″h): $150

*Full Inside Page (8.5″w x 11″h) (8.75″ x 11.25″ file with bleed): $250
*Inside Front Cover (8″w x 10.5h) (8.75″ x 11.25″ file with bleed): $325
*Inside Back Cover (8″w x 10.5″h”) (8.75″ x 11.25″ file with bleed): $325 — SOLD

Mechanical Specifications

Please pay close attention to the following mechanical specifications when preparing your ads:

Ads should be submitted via email to advertising@dancesportalberta.org.
Programme is black and white (grayscale), except covers (IFC, IBC, OBC) and inside colour ad pages
Ads must be print ready.
Electronic files only (high-res PDF preferred)
No bleeds except for colour pages (indicated with * above)
A 1/4″ safety as been included in the ad sizes above.
Finished programme size is 8.5″ x 11″.
Programme is coil bound .
PDF files should be submitted whenever possible. We are unable to accept the following formats: MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher, Corel.
Files must be high resolution (300 dpi for images, 1200 dpi for text and line art).
Images taken from your website are only 72 dpi and not high enough quality for print.
* Inside Front Cover, Inside Back Cover, Outside Back Cover, and Inside Colour pages are full colour, and full bleed (file must include 1/8″ bleed and maintain a 1/4″ safety-zone for all critical information with a 1/2″ safety recommended for bound edge), file MUST be high resolution (300 dpi for images, 1200 dpi for text and line art).
